OCD Warmup concern

So I am crazy OCD about my car. I'm still stock at the moment but I like to drive aggressively when I get the chance. Today I thought I would go on a little drive before runnin errands. Drove about 1.5 miles before dropping her into Sport. Drove another mile without to much pushing. Then a light with a right turn onto the freeway...I completed the turn then got on her hard. Not to the floor or switch but petty hard, revving to the top. After settling to a cruise I noticed that the Oil temp hadn't really raised over 160 yet. I know you should wait for about 240 degrees before doing any Wots...but this was just one pull and it wasn't a WOT. Do you think i could of damaged the car or wa that bad for the car? I felt like that was a long enough warmup period but the Oil temp didn't raise much. Should I worry? Whenever I start the car I always wait tell the rpms read 800 before pullin out as well. Now I'm all nervous and attentive and noticing a slight pulse of vibration when at a stop and idling...really subtle...I'm assuming the Fuel Pump working away. But I have no reason to feel like anythings wrong, just OCD and worried about wear and tear. Any thoughts?

I dont get into the rev band to hard till the oil temp is at least 160. You should be fine, people have done worse things to their car with no ill effects. When I did my driving school we would run 8500 on the rsx type s's as soon as we turned them on with no warm up, somehow they still all ran

Warm up isn't as important as it used to be. Newer cars adapt performance accordingly. I still believe in warming the car up before aggressive driving and WOT, but the E9x warms up fast - both N52 and N54.

Don't worry about it. You caused no harm.
