lol it's a fantastic car and all... but i still think i'd take the GT3RS over it. i'm not sure why, but maybe it's that i don't think this car is going to be as hardcore as it's trying to be (basically a turbo GT3RS) or something like that

Yah I agree, being lighter and having more HP is BS! Who cares if it laps the ring 30 seconds faster. This thing is just a plush pile of poop!

I guess? Maybe re-read your post. If you know the Gt2, it has always been a hardcore P-car, in fact as harcore as you state it is "trying to be". If you were being sarcastic then ha ha!

GT2 is very hardcore. Turbo is the "safe" porsche with the AWD lol

The GT2 RS is as hardcore as it gets for porsche. And better looking than the GT3 IMO

I must not be phrasing it right. I agree with everything you just said but, at least for me, I've gotten a much better driving feel from NA cars over FI ones. It feels more pure and predictable, especially with a clutch manual gearbox.

The GT2 is very raw and not very forgiving - at least the 996 version. It is definitely a car for the competent driver. I love the GT3, but I am not sure I could handle a Gt2. I have the friendly TT, which I like very much.

Nice but for me:
911 GT2 RS < 911 GT3 RS
911 GT2 RS < MP4-12C.

I wonder if the 911 GT2 RS is faster than the 458 Italia. I think at the moment the 458 Italia is the fastest car, followed by the 911 GT2 RS, until the MP4-12C comes out. I am really a fan of the McLaren, an IMO it is the best looking car in and out.

Dont listen to Levi he is always making shit up. BTW the GT2 RS is a LP570 SV, R8 GT, SL65Black and Ferrari Scuderia competitor brah not the MP4-12c or the 458 Italia. The new Turbo is due 2012 which is when we will see what porsche has for an answer to the McLaren and the Ferrari.

GT3 RS is faster than LP570 SL around the Ring. Did you know that on straight line the Italia is faster? The GT2 RS does the Ring in 7:18 min, and what is the time of the Italia? This is not about who is faster or not its about what the car offers its either a a daily/road oriented supercar or a track focused supercar. After that we can compare the road oriented cars and the track oriented cars.

MP4-12c - Road
Italia - Road
SLS -Road

LP570-SV- Track
SL Black -Track
GT2 RS- Track
Scuderia -Track
R8 GT - Track

GT3 RS and M3 GTS are on a B list of track cars

Im not saying this is written in stone but makes more sense IMHO.
