I've started to use Zaino and plan on continuing to use it come spring. I'm not a big fan of automated car washes in general...but in the winter time I find I'm not anal enough about my car to bother freezing my hands off outside washing my car with the ol' bucket and hose. So for the next little while, touchless car washes will have to do...even though I don't find that they do a great job. It's still better than nothing I suppose...but I don't know of many locations in Vancouver that have true touchless car washes...and Esso's own website is quite useless (it even suggests that gas stations that clearly do not have car washes have car washes).

So...I've decided to start a list. Please help contribute by replying below. I'm sure there are way more places in Surrey and Richmond that I do not know about. Please make sure the location is truly full touchless (so no hand washing or roller/brush places). Try to provide the address and as much detail as you can (ie. hours). Yes I know hand washing is best...so you don't need to reply to lecture me about that. Hehe.

Britewash - Burnaby
Address: 6123 Hastings Street, Burnaby (East Hastings & Fell Ave)
Type: Hybrid -- Pre-wash rinse applied by hand (using high pressure water and soap only--no brushes are used), pull-thru automated touchless, blower fan dry, and final spot dry by hand (just tell the guy not to towel dry so it will be truly touchless).

Other: This service is located behind the DIY coin-op bays. The automated touchless machines is the kind that you put your car in neutral and it pulls you through. Use with caution as I've heard some of these types may scratch your rim.
