Test fit Vorsteiner?
I have a Vorsteiner trunk which is at the bodyshop for paint. Should I have them test fit the trunk prior to paint? The shop isn't close to me and would be kind of a pain to drive there, test fit, swap back, and drive back.

Vorsteiner doesn't have fitment issues that I've heard or read about. However, for your own peace of mind it doesn't hurt to do so. Go for it!!

Always always test fit it, every car and trunk lid can be a little different, better to find out before you have to strip and paint it again after you fix the fit!

You should always test fit any part to get the installation down before approving it for paint. This goes for OEM or aftermarket parts. It is a simple process and worth the time spent.
