Hi all, been reading these forums for awhile finally decided to make an account and post a question. I searched the forums and couldn't find a recent question similar to this.
I currently have a 2006 CPO 325i. I've got it listed on Autotrader, trying to get rid of it to lease a new 328i coupe. My question is: Is it possible to lease a 2011 328i coupe w/ m-sport, Navi and Steptronic (M.S.R.P roughly 44,000) for 36 months either 12k or 15k miles for $500 pre-tax with 0 down? It seems that lease deals change monthly and I am wondering if this is even possible today. Also a follow up question, if I private party sell my 06 325i that was financed through BMW instead of trading it in am I still eligible for the loyalty program? Thanks in advance, from what I have seen in the posts I've read this is a very helpful and knowledgeable community. |

I don't see how. Money factor is somewhere around .0023 - .0027, and residual is around 59% (for 15k / year - 3 years). Even taking a couple of grand off MSRP, before taxes and fees you're looking somewhere around the mid-600 range / month. There are a lot of lease calculators on the web that allow you to play around with numbers to see what you'd pay for any given combination of money down, money factors, residual, MSRP, and purchase price.
