2009 335i Coupe, 10k Miles, Loaded, 39k Good Price?

I'm looking to buy a 2009 335i Coupe that has almost 10k miles on it. This is coming from a BMW Dealership. They were asking for 42,300 but I have since talked them down to 39,000. Is this a good price? Thanks

Here are the options....
Premium pkg
Sport pkg
Navigation/iDrive
Dakota Leather
Steering wheel w/ paddles
Heated front seats
BMW TeleServices
Ipod/usb adapter
HD Radio
Sport Package
Step Auto
Smartphone INtegration
Hi-Fi Sound System

Sounds like a good deal. Similar to mine except I have logic 7, 6MT, and satellite radio. I paid a little over 52,000 for mine brand new. I say go for it or try to talk them down a few $100 more if you can.

I forgot to mention that this is not a CPO. Dealer says it is because they do not certify cars with so few miles because it just drives up the price. Also, price is before taxes. Is it still worth it? Thank you for your responses so far.

Doesn't matter whether it's CPO or not. It Still comes with the BMW maintenance program and warranty. The maintenance program and warranty goes with the car. Doesn't require you to be the original owner.

If it was me, I would pull the trigger and get it. You'll love driving it.
