Mobil 1 ESP 5W-30 (5l) for 39.99
this might be handy for someone..
i just popped down to halfords to halfords to pick up some engine oil and saw that mobil 1 were doing a 20% a 5 litre bottle. so i picked up a 5l bottle of ESP 5W-30 for 40 quid, bargain i thought. i usually use castrol edge but a bargains a bargain |

I normally use castrol edge aswell.....is there any difference? ...which one is "better"?

i not sure of the technical specs or the science behind it but it is BMW LL04 and VW 507.00 approved. so i take that its the "good stuff", it must be Mobil 1's equivalent to castrol edge i reckon.

I just bought 3x5 litres in Asda at £32 a jar enough for two changes on my lci 330d. Now thats a bargain!! (metioned on lots of other fora since Feb/March.)

was in costco yesterday and bought 4litres of mobil 1 for £20 - plus vat so £23.50 ish.
0-40w ... not on special offer, thats just the price!

Some of those prices are pretty good. Opieoils struggle to match it seems....
