Is a 2007 335i Sedan Black Sapphire, Sport, Winter, Premium, Step, Xenon, Satellite with 25k miles CPO worth $32300 as a private sale, with 3 years left on the warranty?

If not, what is it going for in the Northeast?

I got my certified pre owned 07 335i sedan with sport,premium, and navi for 31,800 and i thought I over payed so i'd say nogo...
