Searching ipod by artist!?!?!?!?

Hey everyone first post here, just got my first bimmer a 06' 330i...I think im hooked for life. Anyway I got the ipod connector in my glove compartment and Ive figured out how to search by song, playlist, and random but I have 8,000 songs on there! Theres no way in hell I can search by song!! Is there any way to search by artist???

already tried searching through 50 pages of bullshit...if anyone knows would it be a pain in the ass to help a brother out? sorry fdriller...Ive had a long day.

Well as I don't have first hand experience with the iPod integration in our cars, I can't help you. But I can make a suggestion. You'll get a better answer in the Audio/Electronics section. BTW, mention you have searched....then you won't get a comment like mine. As you'll learn, us members get annoyed by reposts. Didn't mean to come off as an ahole.
