ED Gone Crazy - You name it went wrong.

Out of curiousity, has anyone ever refused to take their car and not buy it? Or is it even a possibility?

Some much has gone wrong, I don't even want to go into it. And as for all those people who are saying it's not that bad from my previous posts, and I'm impatient, alot has gone wrong since then too. My dealership just doesn't seem to have control on the situation.

You already took delivery in Munich correct? If so then it's you car already. Only option is turn around and sell it.

If you didn't make the trip yet then sure you can walk from the deal since you haven't paid for anything yet.

Wow, that sucks. I've heard very few stories about bad ED's. Your only option at this point is to try and make the best of it.

you should be able to sell it at a good price. You already saved money by picking up the car there, so you might break even

Just to clarify, you bought it before it was delivered to you and title (or equiv. in the case of a lease) was conveyed to you at delivery.

Presumably you actually mean redelivery which is just a formality, since it has been your car from the time of delivery.

Your last post at Bimmerfest was in November indicating the car was expected the following Monday. What has transpired since you last posted?
