Getting Neez.....help with offsets.

So i'm pretty sure I want the Neez euro cross super rims once i'm finished with my other cosmetic mods. By that time i'll have a drop and my fenders rolled. I definitely want my newer wheels flush to the fender, would these offsets make it flush.....Front:19x9.5 et25, Rear:19x10 et15

i'm guessing i could run 235/265 tires with these offsets, someone correct me if i'm wrong.

hum...nope! i'm worry your front fender will easy damage,crack since u r using 9.5" et25...maybe use 215 tires?
and rear for sure can't.i'm using 10" et22 and will rub inliner sometime...i think the lowest offset i can use is 10" et20 with roundest tires like toyo t1r.so your e92 with 10 et15 will rub,or use 245 tires maybe can avoid rubbing.

Had exact rims. 19x10 et 25 in back with trimmed, not rolled fenders so it is even more clearance. Ran 275s and rubbed bad, then ran 265s and didnt rub at all.

for the front your going to need to mess with the bumper bolt that is in the wheel well for if to fit (maybe use a flat rivet instead of the current bolt) , might need to shave a fender up front also, and a 215 or 225 tire max.

For the rear, you will need a shaved fender for sure, id run a 255/30 or a 235/35 in the back.

but it will fit clean and look great if you do that.

great choice on wheels.
As for fitment, you can make them fit, but you will have to do lots of work on them to make them fit. Not so much body work, but a good selection of tire and a good alignment setting will make this set up look awesome!
