Folding mirror initialization

So I came back out from a restaurant and my passenger side folding mirror was folded down. Problem is I folded them up before going in, so that means some asshole jacked it down while I was gone.

Now when it folds it tries to go to far or not far enough. I have a feeling the memory module that tells it where it needs to be positioned needs to be reset. The Bentley manual doesn't say dick about it either.

Anyone know how to reset it?

Some moron did the same to my car about 2 years back and I just gently pushed it back to its original position.
