Leather Repair Help Needed

A friend of mine with 2 broken elbows (he managed to break them both when I took him mountain biking) got out of my car yesterday and as he can't use his arms properly managed to swivel round and put two long grazes on my nappa leather seat with the buttons on his pockets.

Needless to say I was gutted but could not really say anything to bad as;

A) I contributed to him braking his elbows
B) It was an accident

Has anyone any experience of leather repairs? Can you give me any advice who to use.

Cheers

Jon

I would recommend a! auto trimmers in Letchworth. I have seen him fix a scratch on a ferrari seat and it was pretty much invisible on completion.

Jon...was it your South African mate who did it (forgot his name..is it TJ or something like that?)

Come with me to AMG on Friday and you may be able to get a new seat base

Anyway, a company called D:Class based in Woking are incredibly well regarded as Mercedes upholsterers who use genuine Mercedes leather and I don't think they cost too much (well, they only wanted £1,500 to do my whole dashboard in leather in comparison to the £4k+ being charged by AMG...but I'll only trust AMG with the dash )

Heres the link http://www.dclass.co.uk/

Hi Andrew

Yep you guessed it 'JP' was the guilty one. I will let you know about Friday and will give D:class a call as not too far away from me.
