Does the graphic on the stalk (stork?) show the rear wash wipe symbol?

Are you sure it isn't already pushed forward? It doesn't spring back when you push forward. Rather, it kinda stays in the on position. Also, I've noticed that turning the car off with the rear wipers on will cause a need for an off-then-on reset when you redraft the car to get the rear wipers going again. Hope this helps

No i've checked, I dont know why but I think it's got a coupe stork on it only pulls towards me but that activates the front washers, I can only assume it was faulty and some numpty put the wrong one on? so i'm trying to source the correct one.

....you haven't said if it has the rear wash 'graphic' on the stalk? It should have a little picture showing rear wash / wipe on the stalk?

Anyway, looking at real oem it looks like the whole column mounted switch unit with ALL stalks is one single non-user-serviceable part.

So you might need to change the whole lot. gulp. $520 = £330 ish + VAT
