I have to take my car for service, is there any one in particular from the services reps you guys recommend going to?

Go with Suzzanne Fox, she is really nice & friendly. Just tell her tht u r referral by Johnny Lin.

My bad, I mean Suzzanne Fox. Not Elle Lochelt, but Elle is really nice and friendly as well. If anyone decide to go with Elle, just say Matt Wheeler referrs them.
