Good price on used 09 E90 335i?

That price is way too high for a 2009 E90 335i with Steptronic, Sport Package, iDrive/Nav, leather trim, and 38k miles (base mileage is 15,000). The 4yr/50,000 mile BMW warranty will also expire in only 12k miles (< 1 year).

The dealer probably got the car for under $26,000 on a trade-in, and the “market ready” wholesale value of the car is currently $27,850. That’s for a reconditioned car with new/good tires.

IMO, that non-CPO 2009 E90 you’re looking at should sell for around $30,000 from a non BMW dealer (who would prefer to sell the car at retail instead of wholesaling it). I'd offer $28,500 for it and work up from there.
