Staggered 18" 189 on a 2011 335xi??

I am selling my 189s to a 2011 xi owner and I am wondering if there will be any fitment issues? I ran a search and I am seeing that they will fit perfectly but I want to just get a direct recent answer so I can put him at ease. Thanks

Yes they will fit fine as long as they have OEM tire sizes on them or a combo that has less than 1% difference in rolling diameter
