NOOB question on TPMS

If I see a tire on here for sale that does not include TPMS is that an issue for me?

I currently have the stock set so i have a TPMS on all 4 tires... Buying a new tire will result in me losing that? Won't the sensor just transfer over?

Next time search the Tire Section and post in that area, not the FS area.
