Help: condensation inside headlamps after changing headlight 325i

So I have 06 325i with d1s and h7 lights..

I went and changed the h7 but since its so hard to even reach the h7 plug when I put it back in Im not sure I put it in right..

How would I go on:
1. removing the condensation ??

2. properly install the h7 light??

There's a seal between the headlight and the cover. You might have overlooked it when you were fiddling with the lights

1. On a hot, sunny day remove the rear cover of the headlamp to let all the moisture evaporate out.
