can't post pics

hmmm, tried following the directions on here to post pics as well as the directions from another e90 poster to the dot and nothing works. very disappointed.

What type of extension does your file have? Is it a .jpg, .bmp? There are also certain size constraints allowable for uploading. There is a maximum pixel dimension size, and maximum file size.

they are .jpg all files were 141 kb or smaller. 1024 x 768

how exactly did you try to post them and what error message did you get?

i followed both ways on the tutorial. the images get uploaded correctly, but once i select preview or submit, i just get a blank screen.

I think this is "normal" when you attach an image and try to preview it. Same thing happens to me.

The only time I've seen the image in a preview is when I use the image icon or "[img]" tags... but as an attachment, I get the blank screen during preview, however once I submit it, the attachments show up in the submitted posts.

So give it a try.

I went to flickr.com, uploaded the pics there and then resized them. Went back to E90 and uploaded them. Keep in mind that there are size requirements here

That's correct, attached images don't show up in preview mode.
