Removing and fitting the kidney grill

I've got new BMW performance black gloss grills for me 59 e92 msport.

But, I'm a clueless bugger and I don't want to break stuff, so how do get the orignals off and the new ones in? I'm sure it's blndingly simple but it's best to check eh?

Nevermind, google came to the rescue.

Just for reference, the bolts that hold the top of the bumper are T30 not T25 as some threads suggest.
