Badger Bimmers Concours Event

Thought I would post this in the local forum as well

I drove up to Milwaukee from Chicago this morning to attend the Badger Bimmers Concours event. The show was held indoors at Concours BMW and it was a great opportunity to see a nice variety of cars and meet some fellow Midwest Enthusiasts. Awards were given in the following categories: BMW's of the pre-1980's, 1980's, 1990's, 2000+ and People's Choice (Best in Show)

On to the pics:

pre-1980's BMW runner up - 1972 2002

pre-1980's BMW winner and People's Choice Award - 1966 1800, restored in Berlin, driven to Italy, shipped to Maryland, driven to Wisconsin - stunning!

1980's BMW runner up - e30 M3

1980's BMW winner - e30 M3

1990's BMW runner up - e30 M3

1990's BMW winner - 850 CSi w/184k miles!

2000+ BMW runner up - Montego Blue e92 335

2000+ BMW winner - Yours Truly

Wow very nice cars, all of them! Great looking 335, if it wasn't for the front and fenders I would've thought it was an M3!

Congrats to Chris for the WIN! He's actually a really nice guy too!
Very proud of our 2nd place finish with the 2002tii...that 1800 was immaculate though

Deep Sea might blow (especially when the sea is inside your xenons) but at least my side skirts match. Maybe you should talk to Tommy g about a repaint.
