E90 BMW performance diffuser..

I will be ordering mine soon and was going to leave it black.. I am not going to paint it the two tone that some people have, just one color all black or dark.

What is everyone doing? leaving it the color it comes from the factory black primed? or painting it matte black or something?

Yes, very similar. They come color matched on those cars, though.

Leave it black. They tend to look too busy once they are painted.

Oops. Gray, I think? Whatever it is once its installed, lol. Most likely dark gray. Pics kind of throw me off.

Yes, it is this one. On the iS, they are painted. But they do come gray, its much better looking in gray than matte black.

And you are not "everyone".

So it comes primed in the dark gray color, and it doesnt seem like most guys are painting it the body color completely or even partially like BMW has intended..

It seems they are leaving it Matte/Flat black?

All black is the ONLY way to go. I hate how it looks painted especially in AW.

Is yours painted Matte black/ flat black?

I def agree. I am def not going to paint it partially as BMW does, i hate the look.
Two tone diffusor DOES NOT WORK. even on black cars.

So it comes primer gray, im going to get it done at the body shop a flat or matte black.
My car is sapphire metallic so im def going to get it matte/flat black so it can stand out a bit.

^^ yeah it comes in grey primer so you def. have to paint it.

Mine is painted black with semi gloss clear coat. I can't stand it painted body color especially lighter shades.
