My exhaust tip: Don't use wooden exhausts.

If you have the money, invest in a completely reworked exhaust setup. For the 335, HKS, Vanguard, and Eisenmann are awesome choices, all with their own character and power.

You can get exhaust tips from Cyba. Just look in the vendor section or PM him.

This is incorrect. Tips DO make a difference. I have a PE on my 335 that I had the stock PE tips taken off, and I put the STOCK 335 tips on, and it made it quieter.
TO OP Larger tip = deeper tone, double wall = quieter note then single wall. Trust me. It may not be a huge difference in sound but there are differences with each tip and they ARE noticeable. My not into cars roomate even said "is this quieter" with the stock tips. |

+1 it's a placebo affect if you can hear a "difference", changing just the tips are purely cosmetic.

The only way that I think tips can affect sound is if the existing stock hole diameter of the pipe that exits the exhaust is bigger. If it is bottlenecked and just the tip itself flares to a larger opening, nothing would change at all.

People can say all day it doenst do anything. I had 3 people hear my car with the PE before tip change and after and all 3 agreed it was quieter. |
