The hood will only work on the 2007-2010 E92 pre-lci vehicles.

The hood comes with open vents that are functional. I personally have an open vented hood on my car and rain water has never been an issue. Sure, rain will get into your engine bay, but most components are closed off either way. I'll shoot you over a PM with more details.
