too bad we have nothing tunnel like in my area... i've been dying to do a short video clip of how the PE sounds either in an underground parking or a tunnel... i bet the tone plus the echo will make me cum while driving... =)

But I know what you mean about tunnels. We don't have any in my area either...just freeway underpasses.

LOL, i think that's the best money i spent so far on my car besides the JB3....
when i got home yesterday, i pulled into my cul-de-sac very slow in 1st gear and the PE gurgled like hell, my neighbor (a bmw enthusiast also and currently has a E39 540i and will get a E92 335i soon) yelled at me once i got out the car, he was like "what exhaust do you have? it sounds hella good! i like it!"

Sounds good man, the diffuser looks great aswell. I can honestly say this is one of the best sounding N54 exhaust!

Not really, its a little less 'droney' at cruising now, its damn near stock quiet when cruising actually but when you romp on it, here it comes. Its awesome, and when you feather it and such even at like 45 in 5th gear, I can hear a tad bit of gurgle. But I dont know, havent noticed much change except its mellowing out a little.

I honestly think the exhaust note is sounding even better than when I first had it installed. I know what you are saying about maybe "mellowing out a little". Honestly, I don't know IF the sound is mellowing out, OR are we just getting used to the decibel level??!! I think the latter

shoot over the 405 to the 105 and rip through the tunnel under 25L @ LAX ..

but that would be real drive too....

Wow thats the first exhaust that I heard that sounds like a real inline 6 BMW. For some reason that last vid of I heard of the BMW performance exhaust, I just didnt remember it being that loud.
