not sure what a charge pipe exactly does??...sorry i new to cars i used to have lifted trucks..

hey - the charge pipe is the conduit that the charge air from the intercooler travels to the throttle body. The diverter valves as well as the TMAP sensor are located on the charge pipe.

The stock charge pipe can blow off under high boost situations, due to the inferior clamping mechanism as well as oil build up around the throttle body connection (remedied by an oil catch can). This upgraded charge pipe is more secure and does not blow off; in fact mine did not blow off once the whole time I have owned it. I wanted to try out a BOV so thats why this is now for sale.

The best application of this pipe is to be used in conjunction with the forge dvs (which I am also selling) - let me know if you are interested and we can work out a shipped price for both the pipe and the DV's. This would compliment your existing mods nicely.
