Oem LED license plate question...

just want to upgrade my license plate light to oem leds.. i read here alot of topics and found that it is not plug & play as the wiring harness is different also there might be an error on dashboard and needs special resistor ..

Does anybody knows what is the exact parts needed??
1) Oem parts & part numbers
