You didn't say just what kind of power gain you/she wanted. JB3/Vishnu class hardware gives ~400 HP.

This thread marked down for poor grammar. LJ Blues and RUS0628, please resubmit posts for full credit.
...so that i'm not just being critical, if you are just looking for the best bang for your buck..seems JB3 can't be beat. For twice the price Vishnu may give you more pleasant all around driveability...at least from what i've gleaned from researching the subject endlessly. |

Go to the turbo section. Arguments go back in forth about this subject all the time. Right now, I'd say the two best according to a few that have tried both are JB3 and proceed.
There are a few differences for each one. JB3 is cheap and easy to remove when you have codes/need to go in for anything at the dealer/etc....the proceed is supposedly a more smooth tune/etc.....dinan retains your warranty but is more expensive/etc.... Just go to that forum and read through all the threads.....there are too many factors to talk about in this section I think...

Each tune is good in their prospective areas.
JB3 Piggyback = pure power, although some users complain that the power isn't always there... But I don't know and can't comment on it to be true or false... I would say though if you want balls to the wall power, get the JB3. Make sure you get a BT tool to clear codes PROcede Piggyback = Smooth power through out the whole range... It's never failed to deliver for me... Only issue i've personally had was just the whole re-install after dealer visits... But now it's pretty easy to install and get up and running after doing it a bunch of times. It has built in code clearing capability, but might want to invest in a BT tool if you plan to do more than just code clearing. Dinan Flash= Warranty included... Just make sure you read that warranty real good, it's not all it's cracked up to be... A tad more on the expensive side than the JB3 or Proceed, and if you get something more than a stage 1, you need factory oil coolers and upgraded FMIC (stage 2 and 3). Although i've heard some people who've gotten stage 3 say that they wish they stuck to stage 2, because it's not much of an upgrade.. GIAC, HELIX, CP-E.... Do some more research, I don't know anything about those flashes... Check out the turbo section, more than enough info there, GL

I stand corrected... but it does require the Factory Oil Cooler or the Dinan Oil Cooler?
