e90 Winter Wheels

Looking for some guidance regarding winter wheels for my 09 335i (6MT Sport). Tires on the car now are: Front 224/40/18 (8") and Rear 255/35/18 (8.5"). I'm looking for a set of winter wheels+tires and found a local seller with the following from his e90 M3:
235/40/18 (8") Front
255/40/18 (9") Rear
I recognize that tires of this size (particularly rear) are not optimal in the snow, but can anybody tell me if I'll have issues with fit/rubbing?

You'll need to provide offsets for anyone to be able to answer this question. If they are M3 fitment it might be too agressive for your LCI, especially the rears. I run 225/45/17 on my E90 snows--255 is very wide for winter...

I'd say that it's too aggressive for you LCI with ET20.

Ditto. This will require a decent amount of fender work and possibly camber depending on tire manufacturer.
