Help with JB3 install/codes!

Hey everyone,

So I've had a jb3 installed in my car for about a year now. It was a g2 control box and i wanted to upgrade to the g3 to datalog and also get a pnp harness installed. I received my jb3 with the upgrades today and installed it. I immediately got a limp mode and checked-rechecked and checked all the connections etc. BMS told me they tested the unit and everything was working fine when they shipped it out. The limp mode also occurred when I took the jb3 out but quickly went away where as the limp mode stayed on when i went for a short drive with the jb3 installed.

EDIT- it was an issue with my PNP harness, I took off the harness and did the pin out install and everything works great!

did you unplug the battery when installing the jb3? did you email terry?

Something wiring or electrical related is my guess. Email BMS the codes and maybe they can point you to the wire/sensor.
