2009 328i LCI aftermarket wheels/tires 18" 19" help! (VMR)
Well, apparently my rear tires need to be replaced and my rims are bent! BMW wants like 400 bucks to bend them back so I think its time to upgrade.
I like VMR wheels, I think these would look pretty sharp... http://www.europeanautosource.com/pr...oducts_id=3285 Would these fit on my car without any fender rolling? What is the correct rim and tire size for 18" and 19" rims on my car? Do I need new TPM sensors or can I somehow pull them off of my old wheels? Does it make sense (economically) to get the tires already put on the wheels or should I have them put on at a shop? Any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks! ![]() |

its normally better to have them mounted and balance before you get them so you can slap them on the car and not have to worry about being overcharged for tires and labor locally.
And those rims in 19" will fit your car without issue, run a 235 tire up front and a 265 tire out back. |

The VMR V718 is a great choice and will definitely work on your 2009 BMW E90 LCI 328i without any issues. The wheel is only available in 19" and the setup that is going to work perfectly with your car is the 19x8.5 ET35 with a 235/35/19 in the front and 19x9.5 ET45 with a 5-10mm spacer with a 265/35/19 in the rear. You can also run a 19x9.5 ET33 in the rear with a stretched 255/30/19 stretched tire in the rear which is going to be a tight fit. I'll PM you with the details!

Yes the V718's are indeed a good looking wheel, but currently they're only made in the 19" size. Regardless of that we can certianly set you up with a full set of wheels, or a full set of wheels and tires complete with TPMS sensors already built into the wheel/tire package. Seeing that we're the LARGEST STOCKING Distributor for VMR, you would imagine that we get a lot of customers in and out our doors with these wheels in hand (or on their car I should say), and that is certainly the case here. I'll send you a PM in regards to these wheels to help you out with the process ![]() |
