Last night I went around the corner to Tower City where they had an excellent concert by the world famous Cleveland Symphony Orchestra outside in Public Square. Unfortunately, I went about an hour after the festivities started so I couldn't get really close to them.

Nonetheless, we had some fireworks for the 4th of July after the concert. I just wanted to share some pics from the event with all of you. I hope you enjoy the pics, since I shot them handheld at night (not an easy thing to do).



There is a huge campaign around the city to keep LeBron here in Cleveland. One initiative is to have their rooms lit to spell out the word "HOME" at night.



Tower City was well lit in festive colors for the holiday.





The weather could not have been more perfect, and the sunset was beautiful.



And, of course the fireworks...









There were lots of people there, and it was so nice to see downtown Cleveland on such a beautiful night.



After the event was over, they had these cool vehicles to literally suck up all the trash.



Also, I can't forget the cops on the horses.
