FS - not a BMW. Pristine '09 Civic 2dr EX-L navigation, auto, Maryland $15k

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
My wife is leaving the country for about 6 months (really) so we're putting her 2009 Honda Civic Coupe up for sale. Driven by a responsible adult. Specs as follows:

Alabaster silver over black leather
Automatic, nav, BT all available options
Clear bra
Dimming interior mirror
Weathertech mats and trunk liner
about 39k miles
Always garaged at home and at work
Spotless condition

Our goal is to sell the car now and buy another car when she returns.

The dealer has offered us $14k. With MD trade-in tax advantages that comes to about 14850. Edmunds private party is in the $16350 range and dealer retail is $17700. Offers over $15000 get a set of Michelin ICE-X2 winter tires on Sport Edition CD wheels.

Looking for a quick sale so I've priced it very aggressively.

Car is located in the Washington D.C. metro area. I won't ship it, refund money on a cashier's check overpayment or use a shady escrow service.

What I will do - if you're from out of town - is pick you up at the airport, complete the transaction at the local DMV, buy you lunch at the local Taco Bell and point you in the right direction to drive back home. I'll even tank the car up in front of you so you'll know it's full.

Wanna upgrade the taco bell to a free meal at Ruth's Chris instead? After all, it is DC, the steakhouse capital.

Good luck with the sale!

P.S., I didn't realize they started offering leather in the civic's! Ha, the civic leather is probably of a higher grade than the $1500 dakota leather in our 3's.

Sure - I'll do Ruth's Chris. The leather is actually very nice and looks like the nappa leather that was in my S6. Even after 39k miles (most with only the driver in the car) it is difficult to detect any difference between the driver's and passenger seat.
