ok so ive had my 2008 335i coupe since april of 08 and since then ive had nothing but problems with the car. To date ive had 4 engine malfunctions ( they say they replaced my fuel pump - somthing with the turbos u name it they changed it ) - a leak in roof around the sunroof which resulted in water stains all over the inside of the car. Tons of complaints about loud noises coming from my breaks ( loud whistling & squeaking ). Problems with my AC just recently i had the coolant level low light come on i brought it in they replaced my raditor and 4 days later i go to turn the ac on and nothing comes out at all and they have had my car now for another week in a half. also had a blown speaker in the passenger side door. i have my car till april 2011 and they say i dont qualify for the lemon law because i have 41,000 miles on my car. the most ive recived for all this bullshyt is a 1,000 check from bmw na. if you took the time to read this is there really anything i can do to get out of this lease early or to get them to pay any payments or sumthing> any help is better then none.

If BMW was going to consider getting you out early they would have offered that instead of the $1000 unfortunately. I'd suggest going to the dealership and seeing what type of deal they may be able to work up for you for a new car or try swapalease/leasetrader.
