any ideas?? all lugs off- car jacked up- frozen on there.

The trick is to use a rubber mallet .. you can smack it and give it a bit of a "love tap" on the back side of the tire to loosen it up a bit for you to remove the wheels.

Assuming car is securely jacked and on stands..

Hit firmly the left side of the tire 9 O clock and right side of the tire 3 o clock... back and forth.

Should work.

I usually use the bottom side of my hand like a hammer LOL

When re-installing wheels put a small amount of anti-seize or grease on the hub to prevent this next time.

Center hole in wheels pilot off axle hub + hub rusts = wheel hard to remove

Use rubber mallet as directed to remove wheel, clean up axle hub (remove rust with sandpaper), apply small amount of anti-seize around hub, replace wheel. Next time it has to come off it will be EZ
