Advice on BT scan / SSTT
I've had an SSTT since I bought the car, 50,000km+ with no other mods.
I started getting some long cranks for the last few months and more recently I got a few limp modes going up a hill at full throttle. BT show's the following codes: 2FBF Fuel pressure at injection release (3x) 2A82 Inlet-Vanos variable cam control test (3x) 3100 boost-pressure control, deactivation (1x) 30FF Exhaust fume turbo charger, low pressure side (1x) Here's my question I know I have a HPFP issue with perhaps something else. Will these codes show any sign of a tune being used? Should I remove the SSTT clear the codes and wait for another limp while stock before going in or am I being paranoid here. |

Long story short:
- Dealer updated software, said this should fix it... - Next day on cold startup, crazy idle then CEL - Lot's of back and forth with the dealer, it seemed like they wanted the thing to die before doing anything. I wasn't too happy. - Pump finally replaced with a 933 Thanks for the help! |
