Got an email from my CA..
He is saying they should have by Friday or Saturday ...that would be a nice way to start off the new year !! Funny thing is that bmwusa.com is saying car is at VPC and the 800 number is saying at port of exit...weird stuff !!

Sweet. Let's hope your CA is more accurate! Where is the VPC for FL deliveries?

I wonder how CA's get much mroe accurate information. When placing my order on Sunday my CA mentioned that sometimes the 800 number will have inaccurate information, and spoke of a time about a client calling to notify the CA that the vehicle was at port when in reality the CA had the vehicle in possesion and was even giving the order to have it prepped.

The 800 #'s effectiveness ends at the port and once the ship is in transit... the message should indicate that it's in transit and if you speak to a rep they'll tell you they have no more info and to contact your dealer. At that point your dealer has the most accurate info.
