Hi Everyone,

I am moving to New York City in September and need to sell my 2008 E90 335i. I'm sad to have to sell it, but I'm not about to pay to park it in Manhattan and not really have a chance to drive it. The car will be available on September 1st, 2010.

The car has been my baby for the last 2 years and has been immaculately maintained. I live pretty close to work and friends, so it only has ~22K miles currently. Since I'm currently leasing the car, you can either (1) buy the car or (2) take over my lease.

Option 1:
I'm looking for $28,000, but I'm open to negotiation.

Option 2:
Take over my lease. Very, very low payments of $418/month (incl. CA taxes). Total allowed mileage is 36K, so you have plenty of miles to use. Lease is up on May 24, 2011 (in ~9 months). I will also pay for the lease transfer fee.

The car is located in West Los Angeles. I'm open to show it to those who are local. Car is bone stock and has never been modded with the exception of tinted windows (35% on the sides, 30% on the back). Please PM me if interested or if you have any questions.

No navigation. It's covered under the standard BMW warranty (4 years / 50,000 miles). I got the car in May 2008.

For those interested in lease takeover, there are 36K miles for the entire duration of the lease. That means about 16K miles available for the 9 months left on the lease (over 1700 miles per month).
