Are the LCI E92 Rear view mirrors retrofitable? I don't like the elephant ears so can I use the pre-LCI mirrors? thx

Yes you can but be careful here are some things you want to watch out for:

1) The mirror housing finish matches the window trim (gloss vs matte)
2) The actual glass you get matches the one on your car (autodim vs non-autodim)
3) The mirror assembly matches (power folding & autodim)

Check the prices on realoem.com and order through tischer is what I'd recommend. The most expensive replacements are power folding, with audodim, and with a gloss finish. Those can run up to a grand each side to replace. Also don't forget about the mirror covers because you'll definitely need those too.

ya =( i d ask for someone to swap mirrors with you. its been done before on this forum i think. if not here is the cheapest option with parts i found on realoem =) (assuming u go manual fold, non-autofold, without memory, and matte finish)
