JB3 in dash boost gauge video

Small update, BMS got their in dash boost gauge working this morning. They first suggested using the fuel gauge in March of this year and stuck with it as its the cleanest option. This is just a "proof of concept" video but is calibrated
from 0-20psi, and you'll be able to also view meth flow, air/fuel, ignition timing, EGT, as well. I'll post some more videos when the rest is all working.

Best part is BMS has setup their system to be able to also offer a super cheap stand alone in dash boost gauge for flash owners and others who want it. Cool stuff!

Looks cool BMS... Glad you guys went the route of the fuel gauge, way more usable.

Now I'm waiting to see the JB guys that said it sucked for the other tunes but now is awesome

Can we see the hardware wired in the car? Also, how do you change from boost back to fuel gauge? Do you implement it in your software? Im just curious how it works... want to make sure its not a proceed hooked up in there

In the software you setup what value you want on what gauge (boost, air/fuel, timing, EGT, meth, even IAT), and then you can enable, disable them on the fly. Can't show you any photos but can show you a video of boost assigned to oil temp and fuel.

It's part of a comprehensive board upgrade. You'll get CAN, CPS, and some other cool stuff I'm not allowed to to talk about yet. Will be super cheap for original JB purchasers and a little more (but still cheap) for those who bought their JB3 used. No ETA has been set but I know they're full steam ahead on development. I'll post updates as I get them.

I'm sorry but what's the point of having a boost guage that doesn't actually give you any useful information? A boost guage should tell you what your boost is, it shouldn't say "you're using low, medium or high boost". That guage is very limited and will become [even more] useless if the boost exceeds what the guage thinks should be maximum boost. Ex, at current, the guage goes all the way to the right around 12psi, but then someone does something to the engine and increases boost to 17psi. The guage is now that much more inaccurate. Is it that hard to make a digital in-dash gauge? Boost gauges are for telling you if you're hitting the boost you're supposed to hit (down to a precision of at least 3), not for telling you if your turbo is working at low, medium, or high. C'mon.

On the fuel gauge it works as 1/4 tank=5psi; 1/2 tank=10psi; 3/4 tank= 15psi; full=20psi...

...so whats this low medium high crap you speak of? same works for the oil temp gauge
