Question E92 328xi Lease Question

It seems like people are getting good info on deals they have negotiated here. I would like some feedback on the limited info I have on a deal I have in the works.

E92 328xi Jet Black / Black L'ette / Alum / Heated Seats (only option). I wanted the sport package but couldn't get this deal if I needed to order it.

I will be putting down $3,800 cap reduc. plus $825 aqu. fee, $203 doc /paperwork, $250 deposit, tax & title. $233 a month for 24 months with 10k per year.

I don't have the price or the residual numbers yet. I think I will be paying $36,255 for the car (list $38,295). The car is in NJ and on its way to MA where I can pick it up next week. I don't have the final paperwork yet, the dealer says he can't do it until he has the car in hand.

I realize it might be hard to comment without some of these details however I appreciate any thoughts!

$2000 off isn't too bad.... I got a better deal than that as far as $ off MSRP, but then again I got a pretty loaded 335, so the % off is probably about the same. But $233 a month is hella cheap! 10k miles / year isn't much though.... that car is gonna be so fun to drive you're gonna find yourself driving more just for the heck of it.

The Dude,

Thanks for the feedback. I know, the $233 seems pretty great but I have nothing to compare against. I'm afraid I won't even be able to break 6k a year and may leave some miles on the table. I am only doing 3k a year now!

Disco Stew the lease numbers sound sweet, however the doc/paper work fees seems high, is there a reason for it?

Vector - To be honest, I have no idea if this doc fee is high or low or why. I seem to remember paying about this much ($180ish) on a the last brand new car I bought which was a 1998 Passat.

Bill - It seemed like others had posted this type of question here. Sorry if I messed up. Please feel free to have moderators move it where better suited.
