Talking **********s E92 M3 Style Hood in CF

Just purchased the e92/93 M3 hood from **********s in cf and thought I'd post a few pics for anyone wanting more info. on fitment and quality and is contemplating making a purchase of their own.
Well, the shipping was quick, the fitment and quality was great, no complains on my end, and the customer service was excellent as well... Big thanks to Kevin, Brain, Aaron and everyone else over at **********s for a killer product!!

i have this same hood

Love it

Btw, what do you do about the vents?

If you have a DCi or something similar, or a BOv, it won't be good for them during the rain

I used black vinyl and cover it with a small hole so the water drains onto the upper cover and not into the engine bay itself

We can't say the water will evaporate because it doesn't
parts of my engine bay have turned yellow from the water leaking...

I mean, the hood is probably my favorite mod I've done

You should paint it OP, it'll look better I think (but up to you)
I regret waiting to paint mine
Congrats

Thanks bro! Loving the wht/blk look you have going on there!
I've been contemplating on what do with the open vents before the rain really catches me so I'll see what quick fix I can come up with here in the near future...
As far as painting the hood... Because the car is black, the cf looks pretty damn good on it (actually way better than I first thought) and doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. It's the perfect compliment to the cf mirrors and is still able to strut with class I think. Now, if I had the AW then I would defenitely have painted it the same color, but that's just me...

The hood definitely fits perfectly and it looks great on your E92 335i and I'm glad we eventually went with the M3 style hood VS the vented hood for your car!

PS. I think I have to be more clear on my name because people always think I'm either Alex or Aaron haha

The CF on black, silver, or gray looks good and saves money. I wished CF looks as well on alphine white. Sucks cause I'm gonna have to spend the money to paint mine next week.
