Since last week, I was getting these three codes consistently.

" Check Engine lights" are still on after clearing all codes last week.

What could be a problem ?

CDA8 Message (Status KOMBI, 1B4)
Error will cause a warning light

D35A:
PT-CAN: Message KLEMMENSTATUS (ID 0x130) not received. [transmitter:CAS]

C90B:
Communication PT_CAN
Error will not cause a warning light
Error is not currently present
Test conditions have been completed
Short circuit or signal interruption

That's just a CAN fault. Not uncommon even in stock cars. In this case, it looks like one of millions of messages didn't make it from the Procede (on the PT-CAN) to the Dash (Kombi). And it triggered 3 related faults. Nothing to worry about. Nothing to do with engine performance. It wont even trigger a CEL/limp as you probably know.

Is there any way that I can fix this issue?

This happens every day and every time after clearing all codes.

Should I delete codes everyday ? That does not sounds alright.

That's actually what I am doing every night.

I have tried to update new firmware and map many times already and I had uninstalled the procede unit a week ago and drove stock for three days (zero code) and reinstalled the procede unit and the problem still exists (after driving an hour with procede, codes and SES lights on).

I think that I might have the defective procede unit.

Before I post this, I have emailed this to robert many many times and he did not help me at all
