BMW Dealers in Toronto. Ontario
I am about 2 weeks away from ordering a 2006 330i. Could someone recommend a dealership/salesperson in the GTA that gave them a good deal. Also, would 2% off MSRP be considered a good deal or should I be able to do better deal ? Thanks.

I ordered from BMW Toronto 2 weeks ago. It is a 325xi. I got $800 off and a very good trade-in value for my existing Acura.
Town+Country did not give me good trade-in. |

I've just ordered my '06 330i, and I got $1650 off the MSRP, Maranello BMW. I initially went to BMW Toronto, because I live downtown, and while my sales rep was very knowledgable, they weren't willing to give me as good a deal.

I know its late.. but for everyone else.
I bought my 330xi back in early July (I take delivery next week) from Parkview. At the time they gave me the best deal in town (I checked about three other dealerships). 1000$ off MSRP and a min gurantee on residual and lease rate, and pricing protection on packages that were not yet priced. This was also before the price increase, so about 1650$ (i think) off current MSRP.
I was pretty happy with that. Mark

here's a little secret that has worked for me in my favour during my last purchase.
The sales rep I purchase from works up at the Experience Center in Whitby. That's the head office for BMW in Canada pretty much, so they're not amateur sales reps. Give them a call (if you'd like the name of my rep, just PM me and I'll gladly give it to you) and see what's in stock. They'll be able to fax you a list of cars that match your criteria and you can really break them up for price. They're not like the other dealerships. They're pretty much not a dealership at all! But they can get you any car from any dealer while negotiating a bottom-line price with them - which is a HUGE plus! BMW Experience Center - 1-866-633-3269 |

I got quoted $1200 off right off the bat and I think I can squeeze a bit more after negotiating. I was thinking around $1500-$2000 would be a pretty good discount at this moment. If you wait during Tax season (March-April) you might just get $2500-$3000 off as it is one of the slowest time for sales so they will probably give you a higher discount just to move their stocks.

Parkview BMW *****
I purchased my E90 from Parkview BMW. This is the best dealership I found in Toronto. Trust me when I tell you I went to every BMW in Toronto. My salesman is Jason, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and assisted me with everything I needed to make my decision, plus I got a fantastic deal. Even if you have already bought your BMW, I highly suggest that you visit Parkview BMW. Their facility is second to none, everyone is friendly, courteous, and wait until you see their Service Department.

Sarnia Fine Cars
Just ordered a 2006 330i with sport package from Sarnia Fine Cars (BMW and Jaguar). I had been told by a friend that they were one of the dealers in Ontario most likely to negotiate. I managed to get $2000 off the MSRP for my vehicle. They also gave me reasonable value for my trade (2002 WRX). I believe that it's worth the drive to Sarnia. Salesperson was Jeff Peters. It's certainly worth a call.

I ended up getting 3% off for a 2006 330i with Sports Package. It worked out to about $1600. That was from BMW Autohaus. I used this forum to tell the salesperson what other people in Toronto were getting and he matched it for me. I am now hearing that people are getting 4% off. Use that as your bargaining tool. You could also try Performance BMW in St. Catherines. I heard that they also offer good deals. Good luck.

I visited Budd's but ended up ordering my 325xi from BMW of Mississauga, with a good combined trade in value and discount. Trade was at the high end of black book value, plus discount of approx. 4% that in the contract was mostly rolled into additional trade-in. However with PDI of $1295, freight of $400, and admin of $195 added in, all of which to me are mostly additional profit for the dealer, I am not sure if in the end I got a good deal or not.
Any comments on the additional charges? I have no complaints about the dealership - they have looked after me very well so far. |

Purchased my 325 from BMW Toronto 4 weeks ago. This is BMW Canada's own corporate store. Awesome facility and great service. I got 500 $ off, but the experience was worth it. Delivery in the 5th floor overlooking Downtown Toronto. Friendly staff.

I got my 325xi from BMW Toronto. Excellent experience. The previous salesman messed up the order and the trade-in. I ended up getting more options than I paid for. The dealership honoured everything they said no matter whether those were mistakes or not without giving me any hardship at all.
Price-wise may not be the best but the trust and confidence. |

I just ordered a 2006 330i with sport package, SG metallic paint, and comfort access 3 weeks ago from Parkview BMW. I got $1100 off the suggested retail which works out to close to 2% of the purchase price. My salesman is throwing in winter car mats. I am also purchasing aftermarket replica BMW rims with snow tires which he offered to put on the car free of charge when I take delivery.
Before hand I went to 3 dealers in the GTA (Parkview, Town&Country, BMW Experience Centre in Whitby). Just inquiring about what kind of discount I could get all 3 pretty much said they would give $500 off the purchase price. However my salesman at Parkview said he'd seen people get as much as 2% off (which is what i got), the salesman at Town&Country said that if I asked for $1000 off the purchase price I'd be shown the door, and the saleswoman in Whitby wouldn't say anything more than $500 without me getting into more serious negotiations about buying from them. That said I enjoyed my purchasing experience at Parkview which is why I went with them. My salesman was knew the product well after being with BMW for 8 years and was honest with his opinions and meeting my needs. Plus right off the bat I was told I would be very likely to get approximately 2% off the purchase price. Town & Country...it was a nice added touch to have a person employed who's sole job is to greet you at the door and put you with a salesperson if you so desire. Now the salesman they put me with was knowledgeable and gave me some good advice. He said to beware of the extra costs (freight, PDI, gas tax, admin fees, etc.) and to compare them between dealers cause they aren't always the same. And he was right. But really between the 3 dealers I went to there was only about a $100 difference in that regard. The reason I was swayed away from this dealer was that they pretty much told me I wouldn't get close to $1000 off (but i knew i could at Parkview). BMW Experience Centre in Whitby...I found out that the owners of Parkview recently purchased this dealership and will be taking over the operations on January 1, 2006. I don't fully understand how this works with the dealer currently being a corporate store. Anyhow the day I was there the saleswoman I dealt with wasn't very enthused (though she reluctant did) to take me outside in the rain to show me the difference between a sport seat (only had one on a mdel outside) and a regular seat (had one in the showroom). I live in Whitby but I found it worth my while to take the 40 minute drive to do my business at Parkview. I won't take possession of my car till the end of January 2006 (the wait is killing me) but so far my experience at Parkview has been great. I was in there on the weekend and the sales manager even remembered my first name. Hopefully I will still have that opinion after taking delivery and when I come back for servicing.

Wanted to bump this thread back up and see if there was anyone else with advice/recommendations on BMW dealers in the GTA as well as what sort of discount/deal I should be looking for. My current lease is up at the end of May and looking at either a 325i or 330i with sport pkg. Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks! |

Ended up ordering from Parkview BMW, got a great deal on a 325i with sport package, metallic paint, and sunroof. Had a great experience and my sales rep was excellent. Highly recommended.

Try Town and Country
I just bought a 325i and had a great pleasure in dealing with Albert from Towne and Country. I am sure you will get a good deal (2.5-4.0) off MSRP.
