Want new tips for my Top speed muffler

Where can I get some? I have looked around and searched but come up empty handed. They have to be the slide on kind, both separate from each other (not connected) and either screw in or spot weld it on.

I really like the thin single wall tips, think that looks nice. I jut feel that my tips now are really thick and sit out too far. They are welded on so I cant adjust them.
