My New (to me) 330D M Sport!

I picked up my e90 330D M Sport! -
I am well pleased with it, a big jump from my e90 318d SE.
Few things, and pointers would be great if you can help..

The place I bought the car from told me that the years warranty will start when I get a service on the car. The car only has 37K on it, and there was a full BMW service history with it, the last one being 36.5K! The stealers going to get me again?
I told BMW that the service isnt due yet, and he was like.. "well if doesnt need a service, then we cant/wont service it".. would an inspection cover it with the car protect warranty? - an inspection is covering me £110. Hopefully not a waste of money.
(Oh I never bought this from BMW, an auctions in Mallusk NI).

Also,
There is some stains around were the diesel goes in, looks like grime/diesel but also a few scratches.. what would be best to use on the black metallic paint?.. T-Cut?.. I did try turtle wax for black paint, but no joy.. aparet from that.. Im still smilling! She is niiiiiiiiiiiice!

What year is the new car ? Warranty sounds a bit strange not starting until you get it serviced. Can understand that if service was needed but if not it seems wierd.

Meguiars Scratch X would be worth a try on the marks, its one of the best products you can use by hand. Just keep working it in on the scratches for a minute or so and repeat if needed.

Sounds good! I've got a Sapphire Black E91 of a similar vintage - I use Zaino Z5 Pro on mine which works well. A few scratches but only visible close up (or to my slightly OCD eyes).

As for the warranty - sounds like total BS. My AUC warranty ran out at the end of last month - I got four services (oil, brakes, inspection, filter) done at once about two months before they were due just in case there was a problem with it - it was fine but good piece of mind. Means if anything is wrong, you get it fixed for free!

You might want to remove the extra "M" on the bootlid before this thread merges with the clownage one..

Lovely car btw.. how you finding the torque and the silky (for a diesel) delivery?

Funny the first thing I thought of was removing that M badge, I know its an M!!..lol - A safe way to debadge?? - Maybe a hairdryer and dental floss??
..It feels like a petrol, crazy torgue and yeahh I just cant drive it enough!!

Got it to the stealers today, Bavarian boucher road.. I got..
Service Scope - Whatever the hell that is..
Vehicle check
brake fluid (BMW) service replacement
Microfilter service
halogen bulb (replacemnet) - Faulty
£237.53 And got the lot for £210 with discount
Now Ive got to take it up with the previous warranty stealers as to why these were not covered under the 36.5K service!! - Apparently they were suppose too.

Well.. did I get robbed?? - Ive no idea, my last car was least.. this is my first

Welcome to the club mate!
Have 1 word for u REMAP!!!
Use Prentices in portadown for next service. Bavarian are i think £118 Prentices charge aprox £90 in labour.

When you need new tyres ditch the RFTs and get some normal ones, much better.

Heat it up with a hairdryer, gently peel off.

Sorted.
