M-Force 3 Year paint warranty is a joke
I bought my friend a set of splitters less than a year ago.
The clear coat is cracking and blistering off like a mofo, and I sent M-Force pictures. After 2 sets of pics, they asked me to pull the splitters off, PAY to ship them to some guys house so he could "inspect" them, then if they were indeed badly painted I'd have to pay shipping for a new set from Taiwan. All in all almost $60 in shipping for a $170 set of splitters, I could just have them painted locally for the cost of the shipping. Here's a pic I sent, you tell me if this is defective paint or not... ![]() I expected a new set shipped at no charge, and I'd pay to have the old set shipped back. Maybe even an advance exchange if I put a deposit down... this was just lame service all around. I'm gonna see if Long can get them painted for me instead, M-Force is on notice.

It is hard to satisifited with all customers.
In Jcsonic’s process. We never charge any fees when customers receive NEW products with any quality, fitment or damage issue. For this case is due to the customer bought splitter over one year and from the photos are hard to inspect problems which are caused by painting or rock chips. So we ask customer ship it to our place which in USA for inspecting if the damage caused by our painting we will ship out new splitter for replacement from Taiwan but the delivery cost for inspecting and new delivery the customer need to bear it. Best Regards, Jcsonic. |

I am not a huge fan of M-Force everyone on here knows that, however, I would not expect M-Force to cover a paint warranty on something that is susceptible to rock chipping and or scrapes. I would assume that after a year of being on the car, the splitters HAVE to have some rock chips in them, if this is the case, then of course you will have paint defects and this is why they needed to inspect them.
And my last point: Why would M-Force pay any shipping on anything until they are sure it was their fault? I would make the customer pay the shipping as well until it was verified that it was an M-Force problem, however, once it was determined it was their problem I would refund that shipping money and pay for the arrival of the new set, and for THIS reason, I will never source any parts from them again. If you ship a product that is sub-par, then you need to take care of your customer's satisfaction 100%. Now there are those customers that are impossible to satisfy no matter what, those people need to buy OEM, especially if you know the type of person you are. If you know you are anal retentive, buy OEM or you will not be satisfied!
