Lol..that is funny...
Looks like you already now what to do. If you are doing performance mods first, then get the JB3 or proceed. Do some research on both since there's so many battles about which one to do...i.e. pros/cons. What intake and exhaust did you go with?

To people that dont understand how tunes REALLY work.... they just dont know.
Both tunes will add similar peak HP, but the procede and Jb3 will do it in different ways. The power under the entire curve is a different story, but thats not the end all be all either. One gets the job done and one gets it done in a way I prefer. AT the end of the day, only advice I give people is to choose one that covers all aspects of tuning. Proper control of boost and ignition, compiled with full datalogging capabilties, and driveability/user adjustability to fit my needs. If you dont know, buy both and do your research, and talk to people that have tried both and pick their brain. Anyone thats only tried one tune is in the dark, so take their advice with a grain of salt. |

I think JB3 is a good tune for 99% of the people. Stable and simple. Instead of a very complicated piggyback I would just choose a flash. There is just too much margin for error.

OP, what you choose is just a matter of personal inclination and driveability. test both.

Try both. Go with the one you like the best. Also do a little research on how the tunes work so you can be an informed consumer and keep your expensive engine safe.

Slide / Forza are you the same person? You always post after each other lol.
Anyways, both tunes kick ass. JB3 will be for your Dyno glory. If you have a MT go with PROcede (what I have read about extensively). If it comes down to cash and you have to make a choice based on that, get a used JB3! I have one for sale! |
