How easy to fix would this be?

Hey guys! I'm looking to buy some rims for a local guy. 3 of the rims are in fairly good condition, but unfortunately one of the rims is in not so good condition. My question to you detailing gurus is, is this fixable, and if so, what method should I use to fix it. Thanks so much in advance, I really appreciate all the help this forum has provided me.

those look chewed up pretty bad. If you were in socal, Sontran would fix those in a jiffy for a reasonable price.

If this "Sontran" could fix it, I'm sure someone local could fix it. How much am I looking at here (pall park estimate) to fix this?

My guess is a rim refinish.. probably $100-150 at a shop.

If those weren't hyper silver that could easily be done at home with some sandpaper, Bondo spot putty, primer, Wurth Silver spray paint, and a clear coat. Shops I know usually charge $50-100.
